Full Stack Engineer AA-07
Job Description:
Our partner is seeking a Full Stack Engineer, Internal Tools & Automation to join the Growth and Development team in a highly cross-functional role focused on systems, automation, AI enablement, and operational tooling.
This is not a traditional product engineering role. They are looking for a technical generalist — someone who enjoys building across the stack, solving business problems with software, and partnering directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You'll work closely with Growth, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering to design and build internal systems, AI-powered workflows, automations, integrations, and lightweight applications that improve how the company operates and scales.
The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats: engineer, systems thinker, automation builder, technical partner, and problem solver. One week you may be building an internal dashboard or integrating APIs; the next you may be prototyping AI workflows, improving operational processes, or helping teammates adopt new tooling.
You should be excited about using AI as a practical tool for
productivity and innovation while still maintaining strong engineering
fundamentals and ownership over the systems you build.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain internal tools, full stack apps, and automations that help Growth, Sales, Ops, and Marketing run and scale
- Build and maintain integrations across internal systems, third-party platforms, CRMs, APIs, and data sources
- Build internal data pipelines, dashboards, and operational reporting
- Build AI-powered tooling and LLM-integrated workflows that improve productivity and decision-making
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn operational needs into scalable solutions, including GTM workflows
- Own projects end-to-end, from requirements and architecture through implementation and iteration
-
Work with the Tech department on technical decisions and standards for maintainability and scalability
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in startup, growth-stage, or highly cross-functional environments
- Have shipped and owned production software that others depend on
- Strong full stack fundamentals: Python on the backend, JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework
- Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and automation workflows
- Relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL or similar)
- Cloud infrastructure and services (AWS preferred)
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving; comfortable with ambiguity and operating autonomously
- Collaborates directly with business stakeholders, translating operational needs into solutions and explaining technical concepts to non-technical folks
-
Genuine interest in AI/LLM tech, and comfortable using AI-assisted dev tools while owning implementation quality
NICE TO HAVES
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in business operations and how companies scale
- Experience with CRM or GTM systems such as HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Experience building workflow automations and operational tooling
- Familiarity with AI APIs, prompt engineering, agents, or orchestration frameworks
- Experience in adtech, martech, SaaS, or performance marketing environments
- Understanding of go-to-market operations, sales workflows, or business systems architecture
