Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple integration projects with carriers, partners, and customers.

• Design and oversee implementation of technical interfaces in collaboration with the development team.

• Monitor production integrations using KPIs and dashboards to ensure data flow quality and reliability.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot incidents to resolve integration issues efficiently.

• Innovate and refine internal processes to boost speed, quality, and automation in technical integrations.

• Develop, write, and maintain detailed technical documentation and internal support materials.

• Act as a technical expert to support the ongoing success of customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken).

• 5+ years of experience as an Integrations Specialist.

• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being on time for meetings is crucial).

• Engineering degree with at least four years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of integration tools and technologies including ETL processes, API integrations, and EDI ANSI X12 messages.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A proactive, collaborative team player who can take initiative, build consensus, and work cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience with iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Workato).

• Knowledge of logistics and transportation management systems (TMS) or supply chain data flows
