Job Summary

Our partner is looking for a Senior Dynamics Consultant to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with strong consulting skills. Youll be working closely with clients to understand their business needs, lead workshops, and deliver tailored solutions that drive value. As a senior member of the team, youll also have the opportunity to mentor others, influence solution design, and collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.





Job Requirements



• 7+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, or solution delivery roles.
• 7+ years of proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM/ERP).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
• 5+ years of experience using SQL for data transformation and integration.
• Strong client-facing communication skills: able to lead workshops, gather requirements, and explain technical concepts clearly.
• A naturally curious and investigative mindset, constantly asking questions to understand the "why" behind client processes.
• 3+ years of experience in senior or lead roles, with the ability to mentor and influence others.
• Ability to work in global, distributed teams and manage collaboration across time zones.

Nice to Have



• 2+ years of experience with the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Experience in solution architecture or involvement in technical design discussions.
• Prior experience in consulting firms or IT services companies.
• Nearshore experience is a plus, but open-mindedness and adaptability are key.
